These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and jilluu ("jilluu," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilluu Casino platform, including all games, services, promotions, and related content available at jilluu.club and any associated subdomains or mobile-accessible versions of the platform.

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse. jilluu uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and any pending balances, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your account tenure is accurate and up to date. jilluu is entitled to void any winnings, bonuses, or transactions conducted through an account where false or misleading information was provided. Notify jilluu immediately at [email protected] if any of your registered information changes.
All jilluu accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to GCash, Maya, QR Ph, or domestic bank transfer transactions. Credit and debit card transactions may be subject to your card issuer's conversion rates if your card is not denominated in PHP.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilluu Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. jilluu will never ask you to provide your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

jilluu accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Philippine Peso: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200.00 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are processed and credited to your jilluu account instantly in real time. QR Ph and bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 3 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits are subject to your issuing bank's authorization procedures and may take up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or business accounts — are prohibited. jilluu reserves the right to return deposits suspected of originating from third-party accounts and to suspend the associated jilluu account pending investigation.
jilluu is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual deposit patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures. jilluu may request source-of-funds documentation from any member at any time as part of AML compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation will result in account suspension and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where required by law.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your jilluu account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawal processing requires successful KYC identity verification. First-time withdrawals above ₱5,000.00 require submission of a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID. KYC verification is a one-time process and does not need to be repeated for subsequent withdrawals unless jilluu requests updated documentation.
Withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is contingent upon fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements. Real-money deposits that have not been associated with a bonus may be withdrawn at any time without wagering restrictions, subject to KYC verification requirements.
Standard member accounts are subject to a maximum withdrawal of ₱100,000 per transaction and ₱300,000 per 24-hour period. VIP Gold and Diamond tier members are subject to higher limits communicated via their dedicated account manager. jilluu reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches.
jilluu offers various promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer and the general bonus policy set out in this Section.
New jilluu members who make a qualifying first deposit of at least ₱200.00 are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to ₱10,000.00. The welcome bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless specified otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:
jilluu employs automated systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., placing opposing bets to minimize risk), and providing false information to claim a bonus. Bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.

jilluu's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₱10,000.00, whichever is lower.
jilluu is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or third-party service interruptions (including GCash, Maya, or banking system outages) that prevent access to the platform or delay transaction processing. In such cases, jilluu will take reasonable steps to restore service and communicate updates to affected members.
jilluu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where jilluu has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, jilluu reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real-money deposits that are not subject to active wagering requirements or fraud investigations will generally be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to applicable AML procedures. jilluu is not obligated to disclose the detailed grounds for account termination where doing so would compromise fraud prevention or legal compliance obligations.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their jilluu account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance in excess of ₱200.00 will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to pending wagering requirement fulfilment and KYC verification.
These Terms and all matters arising in connection with your use of jilluu Casino are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your jurisdiction.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the dispute resolution process described above, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
jilluu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or via a prominent notice on the jilluu platform, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the jilluu platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
The version of these Terms currently published on this page supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent material amendment was made.
